About this Service
1. TK Book Delivery is an additional service for annual members of TK Park (Bangkok).
2. The service is available for borrowing and returning books only via post, available on Tuesdays to Thursdays, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
3. Members can select books and submit borrowing requests through TK Book Delivery here↗
4. The borrowing and returning conditions are the same as the regular borrowing service details here↗ (e.g., up to 10 books for 14 days, damage deposit, overdue fines, etc.). The borrowing period begins on the date the order is placed, and the return date is based on the postmark date or date shown on the shipping receipt.
5. Books are shipped via Thailand Post EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.
6. TK Book Delivery involves the following additional costs:
• Service fee: 5 THB per book
• Packaging fee: based on book size, 1 box per order
• Shipping fee: based on destination (Bangkok and vicinity or Upcountry)
7. Starting 1 December 2024, parcels under 1 kg delivered to special zones will incur an additional 15 THB, as announced by Thailand Post.
How to Use the Service
1. Access the service via the MyTK app or https://library.tkpark.or.th Click the menu, select Login, and enter your username and password. Then, search for books and add them to your cart.
2. Once you’ve selected your books, go to the Cart menu to review your list. (Reserved books that have reached your queue will also automatically appear in your cart.) Select the books to borrow or choose Select All, then enter your delivery address, agree to the terms of service, and click Submit Order.
Notes
- If any book in your cart is unavailable for delivery, the system will show a message: Not available for Book Delivery and will allow submission only for borrowable items.
- You may remove unavailable titles from the cart and add others before submitting.
- You can add books to your cart in advance and submit the order during service hours.
- - Only one box per order is allowed; multiple orders cannot be combined in one shipment.
3. Once the librarian has reviewed your request, the system will send a notification via MyTK to confirm your book list, shipping method, and total fees. Proceed to payment in the next step.(Note: If any book in your order is being used inside TK Park at CentralWorld, on-site users will be given priority.)
4. After receiving the notification, you must confirm your order and complete the payment via eMoney on the MyTK app or mobile banking within 1 hour. If not confirmed within the time limit, the order will be automatically canceled. (Note: TK Park reserves the right to refuse refunds or changes in all cases. Please review your order carefully before making payment.)
5. You can check the delivery status and tracking number in the Order Tracking menu.

Receiving Books
- If you receive a parcel and find that the book is damaged in transit, please notify TK Park immediately at the time of delivery via LINE: @TKpark, and you may refuse the delivery.
- If no damage is reported at the time of delivery, you will be held responsible for the condition of the book and any applicable fines upon return, according to TK Park regulations.
Returning Books
Books borrowed via TK Book Delivery can be returned in the same way as regular loans, through either of the following channels:
1. Return books via automated return kiosks (no need to scan a member QR Code). There are currently three return points:
(1) The Book Return Kiosk inside TK Park, 8th floor, centralwOrld (open Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–08:00 PM)
(2) The Book Return Kiosk outside TK Park, 8th floor, centralwOrld (open daily, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, per the department store opening hours)
(3) TK Mini return kiosk, 1st floor, SiamScape (open daily, 08:00 AM–10:00 PM, per the building opening hours)
2. Return books by mail at the member’s expense. The return date will be based on the postmark date.
Note: TK Park will consider the return date as the date printed on the parcel, regardless of the courier service used. If no date is visible, TK Park will verify the return date using the tracking number, which will then be considered the official return date.
