How to Use the Service
Time slots can be reserved on the same day of use via the MyTK website or application by selecting Borrow Equipment > Console Station A or B.
Select the game station you wish to use (up to 1 hour per session).
At the reserved time, please contact the service counter inside the Play Space, present your membership QR code, and exchange your national ID card to receive the equipment or gaming controller.
Proceed to the reserved Console Station booth.
Connect the equipment or gaming controller to the console.
When the session ends, please return the equipment or gaming controller and collect your national ID card at the service counter.
Borrow-Return Regulations
This service is available to TK Park annual members who reserve a game station (Console Station A or B) via the MyTK website or application.
Equipment is for play within the Play Space at TK Park Learning Park, 8th floor, CentralwOrld, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.
Borrowers must be current annual members of TK Park with no outstanding fines.
Members may reserve one game station per session per membership card.
Each game station can be reserved for up to 1 hour per session.
Please contact the service counter inside the Play Space to access the reserved area and select the game equipment (PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch).
Borrowers are required to exchange their national ID card each time as proof of equipment borrowing.
Members’ personal information, including full name, address, and phone number, must be up to date and match the information on the national ID card. If there are any discrepancies or changes, please inform staff to update member records before borrowing.
Damage Fee
In case of damage or loss of the borrowed equipment, borrowers must pay a damage fee based on the price as set, plus an additional handling fee of 100 Baht.
Cautions and Recommendations
Borrowers must read and accept the terms and conditions before each borrowing.
Borrowers must check the equipment set before leaving the counter. If any damage or missing items are found, please inform staff immediately.
Borrowed equipment must be returned in the same condition as received and in a serviceable state.
Borrowers will be responsible for any damage to the equipment.
Modification of the equipment, including alterations or the installation of any software or applications, is strictly prohibited.
TK Park is not responsible for any loss of data during or after use of the equipment.
