Free Space at TK Park
Throughout November and December 2021, TK Park provides a free versatile space for meeting and programs of an informational, educational, cultural or creative learning nature. The space that opens for reservation is Learning Auditorium, which can accommodate up to 50 people according to the current easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
The space is accessible on a first-come, first-served basis for groups or members of the general public interested in conducting activities that fit the aforementioned criteria. The open space aims to serve the public as a collaborative learning area. Groups or individuals using these spaces are responsible for organizing, administering, and advertising of the event. There is no charge for use of any of the space unless the individual or group is charging admission or selling goods or services, which must be approved in advance.
The 250-square-meter Learning Auditorium contains sound and lighting systems that can adapt to a variety of activities such as exhibitions, conferences, brainstorming sessions, and creative learning activities. We are accepting program proposals and reservations from now on, for dates between 1 November and 24 December 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., except Monday. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
